CAJUN CUISINE

Blackening Process: Blackening is a process in which a cast iron skillet is heated to white hot and smokin’. Meat, chicken, or fish is coated with our own secret blend of 16 herbs, spices, and peppers and placed on the hot iron skillet and seared to lock in flavor and juices. Steaks and chops are served with Nemo’s special Cajun sauce.
